So that the transfer is successful, you must observe the following rules:
You must be registered and logged in the forum to submit a file,
You must wait for the completion of the transfer before closing this page,
Depending on your connection type and nature of the file sent, the transfer time can be extremely long,
Do not rely on the progress bar of your browser: Uploads often extend well beyond the 100% progress reported.
Some very large files can cause an error when sending. If you experience this event, submit your file from a URL or an FTP server.
If you submit a file that already exist in our database, it will be checked manually by our team before validation.
Size(Format) of the compressed files
All files must be sent in the form of an archive zip or rar format (other formats are not treated),
After sending, your file will be automatically converted to .zip, the new file will be renamed with the name of the map or wad it contains,
If your send involves a map, your archive may contain only a single file '.bsp' or '.vpk'. The archives of several maps are not treated,
If your send involves a wad, your archive may contain only a single file '.wad'. The archives of several wads are not treated,
The resources (wads, models, sounds, sprites, etc. ..) must be included in your archive. If in doubt, you can use our freeware 17IMS to create your file,
If you upload a map, name the filename of the map (name_of_my_map.zip or name_of_my_map.rar)
If you upload a wad, name the filename of the wad with the extension .wad.zip or .wad.rar,

Screens must be encoded in jpeg format,
The file name should include the name of the map where it is produced and have the extension .jpg (name_of_my_map.jpg),
The screen size should be 300 x 225 pixels,
You do not have anything to add (or logo, border, texts),
The screen must be taken at a significant place in the map,
Spectator mode is denied,
The map must exist in our database,
